SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

In line with the duty to inform established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD) JAZZ BCN APARTMENTS, SL, hereafter the Controller, wishes to make known to users of this social media network its policy with regard to the processing and protection of data of a personal nature of those people who voluntarily access and use the official page of the CONTROLLER, on the same. The access and use by the user of this official page of the CONTROLLER, means the express acceptance of this privacy policy and that the user gives consent to the processing of their personal data as envisaged in the same.
